FAQ

    • We accept Stripe and PayPal (you do not have to have an account with either to use) and the following credit cards: Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express.

    • Due to demand and restocking custom made items orders will be shipped within 5-20 business days of the purchase. Please allow up to several weeks for delivery. If you still have not received your purchase after that timeframe, please notify customerservice@shoporiginalflavor.com as delivery times vary with product availability. In stock items usually ship 1-2 business days after purchase. You will receive an email with tracking when your order has been confirmed to ship. We will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional identification provided for credit verification.

    • You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been successfully transmitted. In addition, a shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent once your order has been shipped. This confirmation will include the tracking number for your package. for any questions email customerservice@shoporiginalflavor.com

    • We ship all products via USPS. Upon custom request we will ship USPS Priority Mail (fees apply). We ship all international orders via USPS First Class International Mail. Once orders are packed and shipped, First Class packages typically take 2-7 days to arrive, Priority Mail packages typically take 2-3 days to arrive. International orders typically take 8-14 days to arrive but may require up to an additional week.

    • All sales are final. Exchanges or store credit only within 14 days for any problems or concerns with merchandise, no refunds. Items must be in their original packaging, in as-new condition with tags intact and merchandise return form completed. Any store credit we issue will be valid for 120 days from the date of issuance.

    • To edit a placed order, please contact us through our contact form with the subject 'Order Inquiry' followed by your order number (ex. 'Order Inquiry (#1234)'). To cancel an order you placed that has not already started processing, please contact us directly by phone at (888) 606-7774 or by urgent status email at customerservice@shoporiginalflavor.com subject 'Order Cancel' followed by your order number (ex. 'Order Cancel (#1234)').

    • All payments accepted on the site are processed by either Stripe or PayPal, and as such, your information is protected by SSL with an encryption key length of 128 bits (the highest level commercially available).

    • All items are subject to availability. Generally, if an item is showing on our website then it is available to order and if not will be immediately restocked. However, during busy periods where demand may outweigh the amount of stock we have and we may have to extend the processing, shipping, and handling period to fulfill your order. If this is the case, we will let you know as soon as possible.

    • Upon adding products to the cart, you can enter a discount code in the input field labeled 'discount code' and then click the 'update total' or 'apply' button.
